According to Ruslan Lavrinenko, Commercial Director of Respublika, 50% of monolithic frameworks and pile fields are ready and work on frameworks of central three-floor part of the building is in progress. In addition, the team is now preparing for installation of facade systems and parking installation of metal substructures and masonry. Construction of electric power station Odesskaya is in active progress as well.
"We managed to reach such results due to coherent work of professionals." said Ruslan Lavrinenko.
Multifunctional complex Respublika is new for Ukraine. It applies quarter construction principle that is currently being used worldwide especially in European countries such as Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, and Germany.
Respublika will be part of a cognominal multifunctional complex of 1,625 m² gross area. It is planned to construct residential area of about 1, 200,000 m², hotel, bus terminal, hospital, kindergartens, schools, outdoor parking, and parks near the shopping and entertainment complex.
Opening of Respublika is scheduled for 2014.
