Last week, CIP - Construction & Investment Partners - finalized the sale of its AdA building to the Republic of Turkey.
The Republic of Turkey will use the building to install the Permanent Delegation of the Republic of Turkey to the European Union.
AdA is a development of CIP NV, strategically situated along the Avenue des Arts in the European quarter of Brussels. The building consists of 3,800 m² of offices spread over seven floors and four underground levels, and is equipped with high standard technologies and high finishes.
The transaction was realized by the intermediary of Catella Property.
