Colliers International represented FHU Bogi in negotiations of franchise agreement of Hilton Garden Inn, a hotel investment that will become a part of Millenium Hall, a retail complex that is developed in Rzeszów, Poland. The hotel will offer 101 rooms, restaurants, a conference center and an underground parking offering 41 places. It will be located on the levels 0 to 3 of Millenium Hall.

The complex is situated in the intersection of mjr. W. Kopisto Street and T.Rejtana Avenue, approximately 2 km from the city center of Rzeszów. Millenium Hall will be a modern, multi-function urban space, which will include retail space (180 shops), an entertainment area, as well as a business & hotel area.
"None of the hotels in Rzeszów is internationally branded," comments Alex Kloszewski, Head of Hotel Department at Colliers International, on the transaction. "That is why I am looking forward to the cooperation with the Hilton Garden Inn's owners till the grand opening. It is also a great pleasure to have the hotel under our management also for fourteen months after the launch."
Colliers international has signed a contract for the hotel's management for 28 months in total.
The grand opening is planned for the end of 2008.
