Colliers International to launch a new building consultancy department in Poland (PL)

Colliers International has announced the launch of its new Building Consultancy Department in Warsaw, Poland. The Building Consultancy team consists of 3 full-time employees: Robert Bartosiewicz (Director), Zbigniew Firlit (Director) and Daniel Stanilewicz (Building Consultancy Assistant), who will all be based in Colliers International's office.

With the addition of the Building Consultancy team, Colliers will be able to deliver a broader range of services to its clients, such as project management, investment planning, due diligence, cost analysis, the preparation of technical documentation, the organization of tenders, conducting negotiations with subcontractors and vendors, supervising construction works and overall coordination of the investment process.

"Thanks to joining Colliers International a door to new and bigger opportunities has now been opened," says Robert Bartosiewicz. "From now on, we will not only be able to provide our clients with property, but also to see to the premises develop further and adjust it to our client's needs." he added. "Personally, I believe that our combined services will not only be business successes but also be regarded as attractive both in terms of engineering and on an service levels."

The new members of the team are former employees of Europrojekt S.C. – a local project management firm which has been operating in the Polish market since 1994.

At Europrojekt, they opened 62 McDonald's restaurants, 18 Tesco shops, 15 shops for Zara, Vision Express, Smyk and Jeans Club and built factories for ICI, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, S.C. Johnson Poland, etc.

Hadley Dean, Managing Partner of Colliers International believes that there is substantial demand for building consultancy services in the real estate market: "We are looking forward to taking on a greater range of responsibilities on behalf of our clients," he said.
