Colliers International has been chosen as the exclusive consultant for the concept development and leasing of the leisure and entertainment component of the large-scale VTB Arena Park project including Dynamo Central Stadium, a mixed-use city center, and Dynamo Sports Academy.
The VTB Arena Park project combines a modern approach to the sports and entertainment industry with unique location within Moscow's historical center and the harmony of modernity and dynamism, while preserving the best sports and historical traditions.
VTB Arena Dynamo Central Stadium, a sports and entertainment center, is being developed within the framework of reconstruction and modernization of the Big Sports Arena and other sports facilities located on the territory of the Dynamo Stadium. In 2018, during the FIFA World Cup that will take place in Russia for the first time, VTB Arena will host football players and fans from all over the world.
The project will be designed not only for sports, but also for mass cultural events. After its opening in 2016, VTB Arena is planned to host about 150200 events per year. In terms of technology, it will be the most state-of-the-art mixed-used complex developed using advanced European technologies.
The VTB Arena Park mixed-use city complex will include modern hotel, residential, office, and retail facilities that will provide harmonious and comfortable environment for living, development and leisure, as well as ensure high commercial appeal of the property.
The project's area is 31 ha; the gross building area of the facilities is 822,000 m².
The three-level leisure and entertainment component with a GBA of 119,000 m² (GLA 49,000 m²) will be located beneath the sports arena of the Dynamo Central Stadium and will include a large entertainment center (7,000 m²), a multiplex (6,000 m²), a sports museum, a large food court area, an area of concept stores selling sports goods and goods for outdoor activities, as well as children's stores.
