Within the framework of Colliers International global business development strategy, the company has decided to make Russia a priority market in the EMEA. Hadley Dean, Managing Partner of Colliers International in Eastern Europe will personally chair the business in Russia and will focus on the global strategy of business development, determining key tasks for the business lines.
Colliers International will strengthen the international experience in Russian business by bringing international directors to support the main service lines.
Colliers International announces the changes in the leadership team in Russia: Maxim Gasiev has resigned from the position of Managing Director in Moscow and Nikolay Kazanskiy has been appointed as new Managing Director of Russia. Nikolay Kazanskiy is being promoted from his current position of Managing Director for Colliers International in St. Petersburg, where he has successfully grown the business over the past nine years.
Maxim Gasiev commented on his resignation, "I am proud that I have known and worked with such outstanding professionals. I believe the company will reach new heights, and I sincerely wish success to the new management."

With more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, Nikolay is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Nikolay holds an economics degree from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University and joined Colliers International in 2003. Since joining Colliers, he has grown his career and in September 2009 was promoted to Managing Director of the St. Petersburg office.
