Following the appointment of Jean-Edouard Carbonnelle as Chief Executive Officer, announced in the press release of March 30, 2012, Cofinimmo's Board of Directors has appointed on June 7, 2012, Marc Hellemans, Head of Corporate Finance and International Development, as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee, under the approval of the FSMA.
Marc Hellemans joined Cofinimmo in 2000. Prior to this, he was Senior Auditor at Deloitte from 1996 to 2000.
Marc Hellemans is a graduate in commercial engineering (Solvay Business School ULB 1996) and followed the INSEAD International Executive Program (IEP May-July 2006).
