It comes on top of the €250m pipeline of committed investments for the period 01.07.2015 – 31.12.2017 which Cofinimmo announced in April 2015 at the time of its capital increase. Since May, the Group has signed additional investments and commitments of €108.4m in the Netherlands and Germany.

Last week, Cofinimmo acquired the Kaiser Karl rehabilitation clinic located in Bonn for €30m. The 15,500m² facility is mainly specialised in orthopedics and offers 150 beds, a swimming pool, spa, restaurant and underground parking spaces.
