Effective 1 November 2008 Claudius Meyer has been appointed new CEO of Catella Property Group in Germany and will from now on lead all activities of the German operation.
"I look forward to starting my new assignment," says Claudius Meyer, who has been one of the managing partners of the Corporate Finance activities within Catella Property Group in Germany. "Even though the market is unstable and unpredict-able for the time being, Catella will strengthen its strong position in the German market even further."
His predecessor, Andreas Quint, has decided to retire from the operating business at Catella Property Group in Germany. "I feel that Catella Germany is on the right track. And I am very much looking forward to new projects within the Catella Group," says Quint.
Claudius Meyer together with his partners Torsten Hollstein and Andreas Quint successfully repositioned Catella in Germany during the past two years. This will be continued in future with the additional partner Klaus Franken.
Today, the company is focused on Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Prop-erty Advisory as well as Fund and Asset Management and is one of the leading property consultancy companies in Germany. Before joining Catella Property Group, Claudius Meyer was a director at Ernst & Young Real Estate.

Not affected by this change is the business of Catella Real Estate AG Kapita-lanlagegesellschaft, Munich, managed by Dr. Andreas Kneip.
