Johan Elfstadius has been appointed Citycon Oyj's Vice President, Swedish Operations and member of the Corporate Management Committee.
Elfstadius is Swedish citizen and has M.Phil. degree in Land Economy and BSc. degree in Constructional Engineering and Finance. He is expected to take up his position on December 1, 2011. Ulf Attebrant, Vice President of Citycon's Swedish Operations will continue as VP of Swedish Operations until then.
Elfstadius will join Citycon from the position of Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis AB. Prior to that he held the position of Managing Director at Colliers International AB. Both CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International are major players in real estate advisory services.
Further, Elfstadius has several years of experience from working as an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle AB, meaning that he has over 10 years' experience in real estate business altogether.
