Aareal Bank has announced that Christof M. Schörnig has resigned as a member of the Management Board with effect from 8 August at his own re-quest to pursue new career options elsewhere. His departure is by mutual agreement, in a spirit of goodwill.
Most recently Mr. Schörnig held Management Board responsibility for the divisions Treasury, Credit Treasury and Investor Relations. The brief of Mr. Schörnig will be reallocated within the Management Board.
