CBRE Global Investors sells Beatrix II office building in the Hague (NL)

CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund, has completed the sale of office building Beatrix II, located at the Prinses Beatrixlaan 23 in The Hague. CBRE Global Investors has sold the property to an affiliate of the Goldman Sachs Group.

 

The asset comprises approximately 28,033m² office space and 223 parking spaces. The property is fully let.

 

Ronald van der Waals, Fund manager of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund, states: We are continuously optimising the composition of our core portfolio and will recycle the disposal proceeds in new projects such as WTC Utrecht, NoMa House and the potential extension of WTC Amsterdam.”

 

The CBRE Dutch Office Fund is a non-listed real estate fund, managed by CBRE Global Investors with € 1.6bn AUM. The investment strategy is to invest in prime locations in high-quality office buildings complemented with innovative services in four largest cities in the Netherlands.
