CBRE Global Investors appoints John Ozinga as Country Manager France (FR)

CBRE Global Investors announces the appointment of John Ozinga as Country Manager France, effective early 2012. In this position, Ozinga will be responsible for the leadership of the French platform including strategic direction, operations, development, financial results and day-to-day management.

Ozinga has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He was previously Managing Director France of Carrefour Property, where he was in charge of the development of all real estate activities for the Carrefour Group in France, managing a team of over 180 people with assets under management totaling over €7 billion and overseeing a development pipeline of close to €2 billion.

From 1991, he worked for 10 years with Accor as Development Director for the UK, Ireland and Benelux before joining US hotel developer Dolce as their Paris-based Vice President Development Europe. Three years later, he was appointed Executive Vice President International Development for the Casino Group, where he was responsible for the development of all real estate activities of the group outside of France, across Asia, South and North America and Central Europe.
