It has been awarded a BREEAM rating of Very Good.

Located at one of the most desirable addresses in this sub-market, Farringdon station is within easy reach of the property. Farringdon is forecast to become one of the UK’s busiest stations following the opening of Crossrail. The location’s accessibility is a significant appeal to occupiers. The Farringdon sub-market benefits from good occupational demand, appealing to a diverse occupier base. The quality of the building, connectivity and micro-location make this an attractive investment proposition.
