CBRE completes Pacifica International Logistics Park sale (ES)

CB Richard Ellis today announced that it has completed the sale of the remaining units of logistics park Pacífica International, located within one of the last major industrial areas of Madrid, Spain. In 2003, CBRE was chosen as co-exclusive agent by Pacífica Capital Gestión to market over 400,000 m² of space at the industrial park under development.

Pacífica International Logistics Park is strategically located in one of the most important industrial and logistics areas of Spain in Madrid. Located in the Vicálvaro Industrial Estate, the park has superb access to the M-45 ring road and to the A-3 highway.

Industrial plots sold have ranged from 1,000 to 30,000 m² per unit and purchasers have included a range of both international and national organizations such as Neinver, Coperfil, Dulcesol and Mutua Valenciana.

Basilio González, National Industrial Director, CBRE Spain, said: "Although Madrid's industrial & logistics pool is one of the most extensive, new areas are always welcomed and Pacífica International Logistics Park is one of the most interesting developments at the moment. This sale proves that transactions in outstanding locations and with good products are achievable despite market conditions."
