CBRE assists on biggest investment deal in the Czech Republic in 2010 (CZ)

CB Richard Ellis has announced that biggest investment deal in 2010 involving agents was signed and the Czech developer Finep sold two office buildings from their project City West for approximately €70 million to Czech investor CPI.

The purchased property was completed in January 2010, comprises of 28,820 m² of lettable area and the majority is leased to Siemens as their headquarters in the Czech Republic.

Project City West represents a unique business park and in future will eventually consist of seven administrative buildings with total size 100,000 m².
