Mr. Concannon has been instrumental to GCS's success. In his new role, Mr. Concannon will be responsible for the Group's overall operations globally, which encompasses delivery of all services to CBRE's GCS client base, including facilities management, transaction management, project management and strategic services and consulting. Regional operations will continue to be run by Matthew Pullen in Europe, Middle East and Africa and Phil Rowland in Asia Pacific.

"Bill is a natural leader and the obvious choice to ensure the continued strong growth of our GCS business," said Cal Frese, CBRE's Global Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Concannon began his career at TCC in 1986, and served on the firm's Board of Directors for 15 years prior to its acquisition by CBRE.
