CB Richard Ellis has appointed Joachim A. Wiebeck and Kai F. Oulds as Co-Heads of International Investment in Germany. Together they will act as first point of contact for international investors looking to divest or invest in commercial as well as residential real estate in Germany.
In addition, Kai F. Oulds will be responsible for logistics and light industrial investments in Germany.
