CBRE is pleased to announce that Netia has chosen the location of its new office that will be built, according to Netia’s requirements, in Wroclaw, Poland. CBRE advised Netia in choosing the location and in the contract negotiations.
The new office building called West Forum will be situated at 142A Strzegomska Street in Wroclaw. Netia will occupy ca. 4,000 m² of modern office space. The Property will provide the employees and clients with a conference center and parking.
The designers of this development are Dorota Jarodzka-Srodka and Kazimierz Srodka, architects from Studio Archicom.
Telefonia Dialog, a part of Netia Group, will be moving to the new location in 4Q 2013.

CBRE advised Netia on selecting the optimum location that provides a friendly, comfortable and effective work environment.
