CBRE advises Konsalnet in choosing a new office location in Warsaw (PL)

CBRE advised Konsalnet Holding S.A., the largest security company in Poland, in choosing a new location for its headquarters in Warsaw. The built-to-suit (BTS) office project, totaling 9,000 m², will be developed at the Tenant's request at Jana Kazimierza Street in Warsaw. Konsalnet will occupy 8,300 m² of space.

The developer of the Property will be Laris Investments, part of the Elektrim Group. The delivery of the building is planned for 3Q 2014.

CBRE advised Konsalnet in office lease transaction and real estate strategy regarding the consolidation of Konsalnet Holding S.A. and G4S. CBRE will also be responsible for the monitoring of construction works.

"We are pleased to gain a new location for Konsalnet. CBRE advised the Tenant in restructuring their real estate portfolio that brought cost savings for our Client. Konsalnet is a fast growing company and we are convinced that this BTS project will fulfill all the requirements of the Tenant. All construction and fit-out works will be supervised by our professional Team of Project Managers." – said Daniel Bienias, Director of Tenant Representation department at CBRE.

Milosz Michalski, Senior Property Negotiator at CBRE's Office Agency Team, commented: "The advantage of Jana Kazimierza Street (Wola district) is its close proximity to Warsaw city center and shopping centers such as Fort Wola. The employees of Konsalnet will have easy access to the main communication arteries of the city."
