CBRE announced that since November 1, 2013 it has been mandated by Shell for the exclusive acquisition of properties across Poland. The two companies cooperate in 15 countries in EMEA, including Poland. CBRE has supported Shell over the last four years with portfolio management, the sale of properties and cooperation with external partners.
“Poland is a key market for Shell in the expansion of its petrol stations. The acquisition of Neste Polska is a testimony of this as well as the company’s organic growth through the development of Shell’s new gas stations”, said Aleksander Nowak, CEE Director of Property Management at Shell.
“We are proud that Shell has decided to expand our current cooperation. We believe that thanks to CBRE’s ongoing support, Shell’s market position in the Polish market will be strengthened”, said Bartłomiej Janicki, Associate Director at CBRE in Poland, responsible for cooperation with Shell.
