CBRE acquires French firm specializing in residential property (FR/US)

CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (CBRE) has announced the acquisition of Guy Neplaz Conseil (GNC), one of the leading real estate services companies in France specializing in residential property.

Founded by Guy Neplaz in 1996, GNC is focused on the sale of residential properties as well as the sale of and consultation for land development opportunities. Based in Paris, GNC employs 13 professionals, who will join CBRE's existing residential team in France, substantially enhancing the Company's market position.

The acquisition of GNC strengthens CB Richard Ellis' position in France as a full-service property adviser across both commercial and residential property markets. It also continues to build on CB Richard Ellis' existing residential services offering within Europe.
