CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund II, a fund managed by CB Richard Ellis Investors, has announced the acquisition of an office property from a private individual. The "Pentagone Plaza" building, located in the inner suburbs of Paris, in Clamart in the Hauts de Seine region to the west of Paris, represents a total area of 20,306 m².
This building, located 381 Avenue du Général de Gaulle, 7 kilometers southwest of central Paris, in the high tech district of the Paris region, underwent a major refurbishment program in 2002-2003. It offers tenants high-level specifications and is 40% let to Atos Origin Intégration and To Do Today.
Through this acquisition, CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund II continues its pan European acquisition program. The fund portfolio comprises buildings located in the large metropolitan areas of France, Germany and Italy.
On this transaction, the seller was advised by the law firm Clifford Chance and the notary's office Périnne - de Lapasse, while the buyer was advised by the law firm Baker & McKenzie and the notary's office Théret Leroy - Rebérat Brandon - Ladegaillerie.
