CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund II acquires office property in Paris (FR)

CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund II, a fund managed by CB Richard Ellis Investors, has announced the acquisition of an office property from Klépierre. The building, located 138-144 boulevard Malesherbes in the 17th district of Paris represents a total surface area of 6,000 m².

Through this acquisition, CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund II continues its pan-European acquisition program. The fund portfolio comprises buildings located in the large metropolitan areas of France (14,700-m² office property located in Nanterre, 20,306-m² office property located in Clamart and co-ownership share in the Tour Aurore in la Défense), Germany (6,300-m² office building located in Frankfurt and a portfolio of ten residential buildings located in Berlin), Italy (two office buildings totaling 15,000 m² and a 10,000 m² office development, located in Milan) and Belgium (a 22,000 m² office property located in Brussels).

On this transaction, the seller was advised by the notary's office Lejeune, while the buyer was advised by the notary's office Lasaygues. Financing was provided by ING Real Estate Finance and real estate advice by CB Richard Ellis.
