CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund II, a fund managed by CB Richard Ellis Investors, has announced the acquisition of a property company holding four office buildings from a fund managed by Westbrook.
The four buildings, located in the suburbs of Paris, in Romainville in the Seine Saint Denis region to the north-east of Paris, represent a total office surface area of 30,806 m².
Those buildings, located 102 Route de Noisy, 3 km north-east of Paris peripheral motorway, are 62% let to Sanofi-Aventis.
Through this acquisition, CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund II continues its pan European acquisition program. The fund portfolio comprises buildings located in the large metropolitan areas of France, Belgium, Germany and Italy.
On this transaction, the seller was advised by the law firm Clifford Chance, while the buyer was advised by the law firm Baker & McKenzie and the notary's office Théret Leroy - Rebérat Brandon - Ladegaillerie.
Financing was provided by HSH Nordbank and real estate advice was provided by Keops.
