CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners Europe Fund III, a pan European fund managed by CB Richard Ellis Investors, announced the acquisition of a property company holding a site in Vienna and plans to build an office development program.
The site is located in the Gasometer area of Vienna, 5 km south-east of the city centre. A building permit reflecting a design by architect firm Soyka Silber Soyka has been granted and the site is ready for immediate development. The project will be delivered towards the end of 2010.
