Catella Logistic Europe has delivered its first two warehouses located in Troyes-Moussey and Cholet, France. The assets are leased for 9 years to the logistics provider LOGTEX, specialized in fashion, luxury and e-commerce. With a surface of 19,932m² and equipped with 17,205m² of removable metal mezzanines, the building in Troyes will run logistics operations for several customers such as Absorba, Balibaris, and Le Slip Francais. Comprising 18,768m² and equipped with 19,58 m² of removable metal mezzanines, the building in Cholet will serve the global logistics of the IKKS group. Groupama Group has acquired these two new-generation logistics buildings for a total amount of €33,3m.
