In central Örebro the wholly-owned subsidiary Aspholmen Fastigheter AB has sold a property of 6,870 m² with hotel operations with an underlying property value equivalent to SEK 102 million (approx. 11 million), which exceeded the latest valuation at the turn of the half-year with SEK 4 million, corresponding to 4%. The time of changing possession was at the turn of the month August/September.
In Malmö Fastighets AB Briggen has sold an office/residential property of 4,150 m² with an underlying property value equivalent to SEK 60 million, which exceeded the latest valuation at the turn of the half-year with SEK 11 million, corresponding to 22%. The time of changing possession will be at the end of September.
