Castellum invests SEK 435 million (SE)

Castellum AB (publ) has through the wholly owned subsidiary Aspholmen Fastigheter AB started an extension and reconstruction of a property of 10,020 m². in central Uppsala. The investment is calculated to SEK 190 million (approx. €1.64 million) and includes a reconstruction of 5,500 m² and an extension of 3,700 m² into modern office premises. The extension and reconstruction has an occupancy rate of 30% and is estimated to be completed over time until the third quarter 2014.

Further Aspholmen has started a reconstruction in Boländerna, Uppsala, of an retail building of 8,750 m². The investment is calculated to SEK 38 million (approx. €43 million) and to be completed during the last quarter 2013. The building has an occupancy rate of 65%.

In Kopparlunden, Västerås, Aspholmen has started a new construction of 1,400 m² office premises. The investment is calculated to SEK 24 million (approx. €27 million) and to be completed during the last quarter 2013. The new construction is fully let.



In Fosie/Jägersro, Malmö, Fastighets AB Briggen has acquired an office property of 6,560 m² near the company's existing portfolio. The investment amounted to SEK 89 million (approx. €10.2 million) and the change of possession will take place in December 2012. The building has an occupancy rate of 82%.

In Väla Södra, Helsingborg, Briggen has started a new construction of 2,450 m² office and warehouse premises. The investment is calculated to SEK 35 million (approx. €4 million) and to be completed during the third quarter 2013. The new building is fully let.

In Växjö Fastighets AB Corallen has started a reconstruction in a property of 30,930 m². The reconstruction consists of 2,000 m² production premises which are reconstructed into modern office premises. The investment is calculated to SEK 16 million (approx. €1.8 million) and to be completed during the first quarter 2013. The reconstructed premises are fully let.

In Linköping Corallen has started a reconstruction in a property of 18,010 m² where 4,800 m² are reconstructed into modern office premises. The investment is calculated to SEK 16 million (approx. €1.8 million) and to be completed during the third quarter 2013. The reconstructed premises has an occupancy rate of 38%

North of Gothenburg along highway E6 Eklandia Fastigheter AB has acquired an property of 2,270 m² of which 1,250 m² consist of office premises an 1,020 m² of warehouse premises. The investment amounted SEK 27 million (approx. €3.1 million). The property is fully let and the change of possession has taken place.
