Castellum will, through the wholly-owned subsidiary Fastighets AB Corallen, start a new project in the central land area Atollen, Jönköping.
The new project, which starts in January 2012, will be carried out together with two partners. Corallen's part consists of two blocks of 10,420 m² in total. Corallen's first stage consists of a total of 6,019 m² of which 2,790 m² is office space, 2,212 m² retail and 1,017 m² residential.
The investment in the first stage is estimated at SEK 167 million (approx. 18 million) and will be completed in autumn 2013. Currently there are no signed leases in the property.
Fastighets AB Briggen has acquired two fully let office/retail properties in Vibeholms Business Park in the Copenhagen area with a total of 10,191 m². Both properties are situated close to Briggen's earlier acquisitions in Copenhagen. The investment amounted to SEK 160 million.
