Castellum invests SEK 208 million in two properties (SE)

Castellum has through the wholly owned subsidiary Aspholmen Fastigheter AB acquired two properties in Uppsala for SEK 190 million (approx. €20.7 million).

One of the properties is situated in the central of Uppsala at Dragarbrunnsgatan, near Aspholmen's existing properties, and consists of 10,425-m² office and retail premises. The property has an occupancy rate of 60%. The other property is situated in the area Boländerna near parts of Aspholmen's existing real estate portfolio and consists of 6,050 m² of office and retail premises. The property has an occupancy rate of 70%.

In Linköping, in Tornvinge industrial area, Fastighets AB Corallen has acquired a property for SEK 18 million. The property consists of 2,390 m² of industrial and warehouse premises. The property is fully let.

Castellum has during November prolonged parts of existing credit agreements as well as added new credit agreements with a total of SEK 1,000 million.
