CapMan purchases apartment hotel in Leppävaara (FI)

CapMan Nordic Property Income Fund (non-UCITS) ("CMNPI") has acquired apartment hotel in Leppävaara, Espoo from VVT Property Fund I Ky. The modern, LEED Gold certified, 133-room apartment hotel is fully leased to Forenom Ltd on a long lease. The asset is the first investment of CMNPI fund in the Nordics.

"We are pleased with the first acquisition of the CMNPI fund in Finland. The acquired property generates stable and predictable cash flow, and it meets the key investment criteria of the fund including, but not limited to, its great location in a growing area, strong tenant, and high-quality condition. We aim at similar investments possibly already during this year," says Sampsa Apajalahti, Investment Director and Fund Director of CapMan Nordic Property Income Fund.

"The fundraising of CMNPI fund has started well and the feedback from investors has been positive. We believe that the fund will accumulate over 200m of equity during the first two years of its operations," comments Mika Matikainen, Managing Partner in CapMan Real Estate.
