The building is located in Leppavaara, one of the main office sub-markets in Greater Helsinki, and comprises 6,000m². The property is part of the Polaris Business Park and enjoys easy access to the Turunvayla motorway, the Leppavaara train station, Helsinki-Vantaa airport and the Helsinki CBD. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The acquired asset is a BREAAM certified property, and it is equipped with modern technology, services and has good access to public transportation.
