Cambridge Place Property Services has added the EB8 Fund's 250-million industrial portfolio to its portfolio of assets under management. The 36 EB8 warehouse and light industrial properties, including a small element of office space, are located throughout Germany (23), Denmark (7), the Netherlands (5) and Finland (1).
The Fund is owned by a number of institutional investors. The Cambridge Place real estate asset management activities are overseen by Candace Valiunas, Head of European Real Estate and Kenneth MacNaughton, CFO.
Cambridge Place will be supported locally by the services of NAI Apollo Asset Management, Cushman & Wakefield and North Asset Management in the respective regions.
