Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has recruited Calum Ewing as a partner in its Central London retail team. Calum will join Cushman & Wakefield in September after five years at Knight Frank where he was a partner.
Peter Mace, head of Cushman & Wakefield's Central London retail team said; "Calum is a great addition to our team and in particular, he will enable us to further expand our London tenant rep business working with our existing clients and targeting new occupiers."
This latest appointment is part of an ongoing recruitment drive in line with the firm's strategic plan to consolidate its position as the UK's leading retail adviser of choice.
Earlier this year, Tony Edwards, Simon Wild and Chris Parfitt joined Cushman & Wakefield as partners in its Southern retail agency team. Tony and Simon join from Jones Lang LaSalle's Southern retail agency team of which Tony was the head. Chris was previously head of leasing at Centros, and formerly a director of retail leasing at PRUPIM.
