Cable & Wireless Worldwide (C&WW) has appointed dohertybaines (db) on a new four-year contract to service all its corporate real estate requirements.
C&WW, headquartered in Bracknell, has 1,450 properties in EMEA which equates to 3.6 million ft² (approx. 334,000 m²) of managed real estate or roughly £600 million of managed assets.
The estate comprises a varied mix of managed assets from traditional office and industrial sites through to technical telecoms and radio infrastructure.
The contract which was won as the result of a competitive procurement process, mandates db to deliver the entire range of corporate real estate solutions and provide treasury management across the portfolio.
