Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko (C&W/S&R), the Russian office of Cushman & Wakefield, has been retained by investor and developer Principal Plus as exclusive leasing and marketing agent for Principal Plaza.
Principal Plaza is a Class A office development totaling 33,400 m² and with a rentable area of 21 000 m².
