C&W/S&R appointed exclusive leasing agents for office space in Hilton Novosibirsk (RU)

Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko (C&W/S&R) have been appointed exclusive leasing and marketing agent for office space in Hilton Hotel & Business Centre located in the city center of Novosibirsk, Russia. Partnership between Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko, international investor and developer London & Regional Properties, international hotel operator Hilton and financial partner Sberbank was announced at a press conference in Novosibirsk.

Hilton Hotel & Business Centre is located in the very heart of Novosibirsk at the intersection of Kameskaya and Chapliguina streets and five minutes walking distance from the nearest metro station. The 26,000-m² project includes the construction of a 4-star hotel and Class A office complex. The total area of the business centre is 15,000 m². The business center is scheduled to be ready for fit out in 4 Q 2008 and once complete will offer tenants quality Class A office space, underground and surface parking for 134 cars, modern security and fire alarm systems, central air-conditioning and professional international property management company, as well as a conference hall and cafeteria.
