Business integration completed in the enlarged Aberdeen Property Investors (NL)

With the acquisition by Aberdeen of Goodman Property Investors from Australian Goodman International, Aberdeen's combined property team has grown to in total 36 people, all based in the WTC Amsterdam.

The enlarged team is now in a strong position to further grow its asset management activities and to contribute in the development of additional property funds in the Netherlands and Europe.

The new management for Aberdeen Property Investors in the Netherlands will be as follows:

Drs. Bob Reidsma (60), originating from Goodman Property Investors, will be Chief Executive Officer. He will focus on strategy, corporate affairs and product development.

Frank Heeneman MSRE MRICS (40) will remain Managing Director, with special attention to the asset management and transaction activities and business development.

Aldert Krab (55), also originating from Goodman Property Investors, has been appointed Financial Director.

Also based in the Aberdeen offices in Amsterdam as separate business units are:

The fund management team for Aberdeen Property Investors European Balanced Fund and Aberdeen Property Investors European Shopping Fund, headed by Nico Tates.

Parts of Aberdeen's indirect investment mangement team, headed in Amsterdam by Karin Koks and her team, caring for several of the European property funds-of-funds.

Aberdeen Asset Management's local team headed by Hans Benenga, responsible for fund raising and client relationship management for all asset classes, property, equity and fixed income throughout the Dutch market.
