Brixton plc's asset management and customer service subsidiary, B-Serv, which manages around 25 million ft² of industrial and warehouse property, has opened a new Midlands Customer Service Centre at Moons Park in Redditch.
B-Serv Managing Director, Steve Lee, commented: "When Brixton acquired Industrious earlier this year it gave us a substantial portfolio in the Midlands. The new centre will bring together the Industrious leasing team and the B-Serv Asset Managers and Customer Service Team - who were previously based at Leamington Spa and Birmingham - and will enable us to better serve both existing and prospective customers".
B-Serv provides occupiers with a high level of customer service featuring a 24/7 telephone help desk and a Customer Service Manager assigned to each customer.
Steve Lee added: "The Midlands is an important location for us and we're already finding that the combination of Industrious property, unique lease flexibility opportunities and our commitment to customer service is proving attractive to businesses in the region. Additionally, we are seeing good performance from the portfolio".
