Bridges Real Estate has purchased a high-quality office complex located at Storkstraat 8 - 14 in Leusden, the Netherlands. The complex, which consists of two office buildings and a large parking garage, is fully let to Achmea. The buildings, which together comprise 17,675m², are located in green surroundings and have a courtyard with a pond. The property also benefits from a parking facility for 528 vehicles. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Located in the De Horst business park in Leusden, the scheme enjoys close proximity to the centre of Amersfoort. Due to the proximity to the A28, it is easily accessible by car. Several bus stops in the area provide a direct connection to Amersfoort train station.
