Brecon Capital Solutions Ltd, a leading boutique real estate investment and asset management firm, is pleased to announce that Dominic Reinemer has been appointed as Managing Director and Country Head Germany of Brecon Asset Management Deutschland.
Reinemer said, "I am delighted to be joining the Brecon team at the dawn of a new cycle in real estate investing, and look forward to working with Brecon's clients and investors to maximize value in existing real estate portfolios, and to source new investment opportunities."
Reinemer previously worked as a senior asset manager at Goldman Sachs-owned Archon Group Deutschland, where he was responsible for several of the largest leases, asset sales and capital projects for real estate owned by the Goldman Sachs Whitehall funds in the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan region.
Andrea Corsale, Managing Director of Brecon Capital Solutions Ltd said, "We are pleased to have a seasoned, experienced and innovative real estate professional in Dominic Reinemer join the growing Brecon team.
"As our range of real estate asset management, advisory and debt restructuring services in Germany expands, we are adding to the capabilities of our senior management team in order to continue to deliver superior returns and value for money for our investors, our clients, and our joint venture partners."
Brecon Asset Management Deutschland incorporates the German real estate activities of London-based Brecon Capital Solutions Ltd. A real estate investment and asset management boutique, Brecon was founded in 2010 based upon the belief that a flexible investment mandate is a distinct advantage in the pursuit of attractive long-term risk-adjusted returns.
Brecon's primary investment objective is to identify or create investment opportunities with compelling risk/reward profiles combining both comfortable downside protection and substantial upside potential. These investment opportunities are frequently found in out-of-favor asset classes experiencing fundamental change and/or scarcity of capital.
Brecon believes that consistent investment returns are generated by deploying capital to undervalued asset classes or sectors at opportune times, and that internally managing its investments provides superior economics and further proprietary deal flow.
