BNP Paribas REIM, acting on behalf of the SCPI Accimmo Pierre, has acquired the Neon office building in Nanterre in the west of Paris, France. The vendor is a fund managed by Aberdeen Standard Investment. Located at the heart of the “Docteur Pierre” development program, the property totals 11,300m². It benefits from close proximity to the RER station of Nanterre-Ville, as well as the A14 and A86. Over 60% of the asset is let to Spie Batignolles.  The purchase price was not disclosed.

“Completed in 2017, the five-floor building enjoys outstanding real-estate fundamentals and offers open floor areas of about 2,700m² with modern services, a vast planted patio, terraces and dual environmental certification: ‘HQE exploitation and BREEAM Excellent’. It offers a great balance between rent/accessibility/services for occupiers seeking a real-estate solution in the Western Inner Rim,” explains Guillaume Delattre, Deputy General Manager of BNP Paribas REIM France.
