BNP Paribas REIM has acquired an office building on 8 rue Kleber in Paris 16th arrondissement, on behalf of a Spanish institutional investor. The property is located in the heart of prime Paris CBD, only 100m away from Place de l’Etoile. The property is a classic Haussmann building offering ca. 1,750m² of lettable office space on 6 floors plus underground parking. The asset is let to multiple office and retail tenants. The purchase price was not disclosed.
