BM Tech takes warehouse/office space in Mortsel (BE)

Knight Frank (David Batens) has advised on the letting of an approx. 7,000 m² warehouse and 1,511 m² of offices in Mortsel, Vredebaan 73 to BM Tech. The property is owned by Agfa Gevaert.

BM Tech had to find a new production site as their current site in Boechout was sold to a residential developer. BM Tech has activities in Belgium and Romania and is specialized in sheet metal production.

The rent for the warehouse is €34/m²/year, with the offices at €65/m²/year.
