BlueRock Fund has sold the headquarters of energy provider Techem Energy Services in Eschborn to a Luxembourg-based fund. Built in 2002, the property is located on Hauptstrasse 89–91, right next to the S-Bahn railway station, and comprises around 20,000m² of office, warehouse and service space. The building also has 298 underground car parking spaces and 19 outdoor parking spaces. The sole tenant is Techem Energy Services. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Cushman & Wakefield advised the seller. The law firm HEUSSEN represented the buyer’s legal interests, while ECOVIS provided tax consultancy. Diligencia Real Estate has taken over the property management and transaction management of the building on behalf of the fund.
