Swedish Life Insurance company Länsförsäkringar Liv has acquired six office properties from Blackstone. Five of the properties are located in the Stockholm area and one in Malmö. Closing took place in Stockholm on July 4, and the acquisition price was €0.19 bln (SEK 1.9 bln). Leimdörfer advised the seller in this transaction.
