Representing the largest ever pre-let in Birmingham's city center, Ballymore confirms that it has concluded the pre-letting of approximately 250,000 ft² of office accommodation to Wragge & Co, one of the UK's leading law firms, at Two Snowhill, the second office building at its 1 million ft² mixed-use Snowhill development.
