The Royal Netherlands Embassy and the Permanent Representation of the Netherlands to the European Union have signed a 15-year fixed lease agreement with the Austrian IG Immobilien for the building situated at Kortenberglaan 4-10.

This is the biggest lease by an embassy or diplomatic representation in Brussels since 2004. The renovated building - 7,268 m² of office space - is located in the heart of the European district - at walking distance from the Berlaymont building.
