Berlin Hyp/Landesbank Berlin AG and DG HYP Deutsche Genossenschafts-Hypothekenbank AG have syndicated a 107 million investment facility for three properties acquired by French REIT, Foncière des Régions. Berlin Hyp has acted as the lead arranger.

Two of the three buildings are located in the Central Business District of Paris, the third property is located in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
